We are pleased to offer delivery services to a wide range of areas, including Dublin 1 through 24 and Co. Dublin. Our deliveries are contactless, and we will always contact you before we arrive to ensure a smooth and safe delivery process.
Please note that due to Covid19 restrictions, our online shop is currently the only way to place an order with us. We do not have a physical store open to the public. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar product from a different company and inform you beforehand. Refunds may take up to five working days to process.
Please also note that we are unable to provide service outside of Dublin on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, all customers can view the details and status of their orders online by logging into their account.
Delivery will only be made to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery outside of Dublin is provided by our courier partner. Please be aware that we are unable to deliver fish or frozen products outside of Dublin, but we are happy to deliver locally within the city.
Finally, please note that if a customer fails to collect their delivery at the provided address, a fee of 5.5 euro will apply. Delivery charges may vary depending on the area and service provider, and the maximum weight for each order is 30kg.
